About Us
Welcome to MMA For Golf – the premier golf-focused fitness experts.  Although our specialty is our high-intensity Power Golf Fitness Bootcamp, we offer four levels of programs for ALL golfers to get you ready for the season.  Led by certified professionals whose goal is to get you in the game, and keep you there!

Our Core Program

Power Golf Fitness is a program specifically designed by us, and for our exclusive use.  If you see it somewhere else, it’s not the real  MMA For Golf program.  We combine high-intensity, non-contact MMA-style training with Golf-specific exercises in order to bring your level of fitness up a notch … or more.  Be more-than-ready for the course – attack it!

About the program designer/lead instructor

John Palmer (M.A.) has been involved in the Ottawa golf industry for over a decade.  He is a certified Golf Fitness Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, in addition to his formal rankings in Shodokan Karate and Bo Staff.  John is also an internationally-known award-winning presenter, and popular university professor.

Location

We do not have our own location – we provide our services through our partner organizations (see below).  Right now, we’re offering programs in the Ottawa area.  One-on-one Professional Golf Fitness sessions may also be available.
